TD Day 33

Happy Monday- I am still in trauma from Sundays dinner. I have a confession I dont think my candida is ALL THE WAY GONE. I wanted them sweet potatoes tooo badly for me to think I have kicked it totally but I am trying. :) Well I got a little itchy today- nothing tooo major but I noticed it. I dont know if this is candida but I suspect it is. I wonder where it came from. (No i didnt dip in the carbs yesterday :) ) I know its highly contagious so I wonder if I got it from family. My spit tests are still coming up clear so I dont know. Also I am getting some tattoes removed and I wonder if the ink is being absored into my skin is also causing the itching. Now that I think of it it has to be the reason. DUH I just had a slow moment :)

Breakfast turkey bacon and eggs
lunch- chili
dinner- beef and brocolli
