TC day 39

Well threelac is very interesting. Again I dont know if it will do any good or not I just wanted to have something to try to keep candida in control. My itching has stopped in some places but have returned in others. Its like upon taking it- my vajay will itch for a little bit. nothing too major but its noticable. I wonder if the threelac is targeting candida in the vajay and this causes the slight itching. It doesnt last all day- i only notice it after i take threelac and it goes away a few hours after.

well so 39days post seeing truecures and nothing really new to report. still yet holding on.

breakfast- baked chicken
lunch sirlon steak green beans
dinner- corned beef- cabbage- black eyed peas
