well this truly feels like the last week on my diet. I think my body knows it is ending. I dont have the super stong cravings like before. I actually dont want to end it well some days lol- others I cant wait.
nothing new to report still feeling healthy.
i test this week and OMG I am so nervous!
breakfast- skipped breakfast
lunch- took a late lunch beef and brocolli
dinner- tbone steak- green beans
